Heal Africa Foundation is the U.S - based grant recipient and provides financial oversight, compliance, and grant reporting.
Program implementation in South Africa is carried out in partnership with A New Era Africa Foundation (South Africa Reg No. 2025/967421/08), which leads local delivery of HIV Prevention education, youth development, school outreach, and community based programming.

Heal Africa Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (CA Entity No. B20260036920) and has received an EIN from the IRS.
Our application for 501©(3) tax-exempt status is currently under IRS review.
