Heal Africa Foundation is a U.S based nonprofit organization focused on HIV prevention, youth empowerment, and community health across South Africa.
We work to increase access to PrEP education, mental health support, school based and community outreach in underserved communities.
Through mobile outreach, school partnerships, and local collaboration, we bring prevention and support directly to the communities that need it most.
Our story
Heal Africa Foundation was created to address urgent public health gaps facing youth in South Africa. Too many young people lack access to accurate support, and safe community spaces.

Heal Africa Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation.
The U.S. entity provides fiscal oversight, governance and compliance.
Programs are implemented locally by A New Era Africa Foundation in Johannesburg, South Africa (Reg. No. 2025/967421/08)
Programming currently operates in Gauteng and Western Cape provinces.
